BK8 Dance Craze – Terms & Conditions 

1. The BK8 Dance Challenge is open to Philippine residents who are 18 years old and above. 

2. The campaign runs from August 17 to September 13, 2026. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. 

3. Participants must: 

• Follow the official BK8 Facebook Page, Instagram or Tiktok account 

• Like and share the BK8 Dance video you saw and tag three (3) friends in the comment section. 

• Include the official campaign hashtag #HaveYouBK8 and #BK8DanceGiveaway on the shared post or comment. 

4. The participant’s post must remain public until the winners have been officially announced. Entries from private, hidden, archived, or deleted posts may be disqualified. 

5. Two (2) Weekly winners will receive a PHP 25,000 cash prize. 

6. Winners will be selected through a random draw from all verified and qualified entries that have successfully complied with the campaign mechanics. 

7. Weekly Winners will be announced every Wednesday via the official BK8 Facebook Page, Instagram and TikTok accounts and will be contacted through Facebook Messenger or Direct Message. 

8. To claim the prize, winners must: 

• Register for a BK8 account using the official campaign registration link provided by BK8. 

• Submit their BK8 Username, Complete Name, and Bank Details within the claiming period communicated by BK8. 

10. Winners who fail to complete the registration process or submit the required information within the specified claiming period may forfeit their prize. BK8 reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

11. Winners must submit a testimonial and allow BK8 to post it in the official BK8 Facebook Page. 

12. BK8 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants and winners before awarding any prize. 

13. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake accounts, impersonation, falsified submissions, multiple accounts created to gain an unfair advantage, or any attempt to manipulate the campaign, will result in immediate disqualification. 

14. By participating in the BK8 Dance Challenge, participants grant BK8 the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to repost, feature, edit, publish, display, and use submitted videos, photos, usernames, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, advertising, and other commercial purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

15. Personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for campaign administration, winner verification, and prize fulfillment, and will be handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. 

16. BK8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion, or these Terms & Conditions should circumstance beyond its reasonable control affect the proper conduct of the campaign. 

17. The decisions of BK8 regarding participant eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding. 

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. 

19. Participants acknowledge that registration with BK8 is subject to BK8’s account verification requirements, eligibility criteria, and applicable laws and regulations. Individuals who are prohibited from participating in gaming activities under applicable laws or BK8 policies are not eligible to claim prizes.
